Great Wadham is a deliberate departure from the 'traditional' Devon estate. Instead of stags mounted on the wall, there’s artwork joyously collected over the years; nothing here was chosen by committee, and no decisions were surrendered to convention.

The result is an estate built to an exceptional standard, in one of the most singular parts of the country. For all that it remains, at its heart, a place made simply for gathering people together.

With origins that date back beyond the Domesday Book, our estate has lived through centuries of expansion, neglect and rebuilding. What stands today is a transformation at once sympathetic to the property’s history and boldly reimagined.

Great Wadham sits at the edge of Exmoor National Park, thirty minutes from the coast and forty from Exeter Airport. There's an entire world within reach – should you care to venture beyond the estate at all.
