The Winged Barn
The Winged Barn is an entirely glass-fronted barn conversion with four en-suite bedrooms and a run of contemporary shared spaces beneath a vaulted, timber-framed roof. From the accent chairs to the tiered art-glass chandelier, the interiors are as considered as the architecture.
Beyond the floor-to-ceiling glass façade, the North Devon countryside is a living backdrop to your stay.
Bedrooms
The Winged Barn’s design is closely tied to nature, and each en-suite bedroom is tastefully styled after one of the four seasons. With rainfall showers, a freestanding soaking tub, and both king-size and emperor beds, restoration feels inevitable.
Social spaces
The generous kitchen, dining area and lounge are one continuous, open-plan environment that flows beneath the vaulted ceilings. This allows conversation, cooking, and utter relaxation to unfold naturally, with the panoramic views a constant companion.
Outdoors
The patio is deliberately understated: simple, comfy seating with the sweeping countryside at your feet. Pour yourself a fresh coffee or a glass of champagne and settle in – you’ve got absolutely nowhere else to be.
