Getting here

  • Exeter Airport is just 40 minutes away by car. You can rent premium vehicles directly from the airport or we can arrange transfers for your party. Private jets can also land at Exeter Airport. 

    We also have a dedicated helicopter landing area at Great Wadham, allowing you to travel with anonymity and on your own schedule.  

  • From the M5, exit at Junction 27 onto the A361 North Devon Link Road (signposted Barnstaple/South Molton) and follow it west for around 30 miles to Moortown Cross. Turn off for Knowstone, then proceed over the cattle grid, take the first left into the village, and follow estate signage to the gate.

    There are 12 parking bays and three EV chargers on the estate. 

  • There are direct services to Tiverton Parkway Station from London Paddington, Bristol and the Midlands, and we can arrange a transfer from the station to the estate. The journey is approximately 35 minutes.
